Guarantee & Refunds:
We guarantee our trees to arrive and leaf out come spring. If a tree arrives dead or has not started leafing out by May 30, upon successfully being able to determine the tree is actually dead, we will refund the cost of the tree provided the tree was handled according to instruction in the “About Trees” section of the “Shipping Policy” page. Note, to determine if a tree is actually dead you will be required to send a picture of the overall tree in its planted location and a picture of the tree showing the bark 2” above the graft union scratched down to the cambium layer, note picture must include view of the soil, graft union, and the scratch down bark spot. We will review to determine if tree needs to be returned for further review prior to refund.
